At KIDELLO, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges, subject to the following policy.
1. Return Eligibility
Products can be returned or exchanged if:

Product is unused, unwashed, unworn

Original tags, packaging, and labels are intact

Product is in original saleable condition
KIDELLO reserves the right to reject returns if the product does not meet the above conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products bought during sale / clearance / promotional offers (unless defective)

Innerwear, socks, accessories (for hygiene reasons, if applicable)

Used, washed, damaged, or altered products

Products without original tags or packaging
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:

Defective or damaged products

Wrong product received
Exchange is subject to stock availability.
If the requested size/product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
4. Damaged / Incorrect Product
If you receive:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Our team will review and resolve the issue.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned product passes quality inspection:

Refund will be processed to the original payment method

Refund timeline: 2 to 3 business days from date of receipt of return and subject to product verification.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

Refund may be processed via bank transfer / store credit
Shipping or COD charges (if any) may not be refundable unless the return is due to company error.
6. Reverse Pickup

Reverse pickup may be available for selected pin codes

In non-serviceable areas, customers may need to self-ship the product
If approved, return shipping reimbursement may be offered as per company policy.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy.
